RETURNS

TO CONFIRM YOUR ITEM(S) ARE ELIGIBLE UNDER OUR RETURNS POLICY PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.


FOR ALL NEW ITEMS WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING PRODUCT(S).

THE SONIC ART MUSIC STORE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMPOSE A RESTOCKING FEE AS WELL AS ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS OR FEES INCURRED ON REFUNDS, OR TO REFUSE A REFUND FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING PRODUCTS AND ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS.


OUR POLICY ALLOWS A MAXIMUM OF TWO RETURNS PER CUSTOMER, PER YEAR, STARTING FROM THE DATE OF THE FIRST RETURN. AFTER THIS TWO RETURN POLICY IS MET, THE SONIC ART MUSIC STORE RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

THE SONIC ART MUSIC STORE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY USED OR CLEARANCE ITEMS INCLUDING ANY SPECIAL AND OR CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

ANY AND OR ALL DEPOSITS AND DOWN PAYMENTS FOR ALL AND OR ANY ITEMS INCLUDING SPECIAL ORDERS AND OR CUSTOM PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE CONFIRMED AND OR DOWN PAYMENTS AND OR DEPOSITS HAVE BEEN PAID. ANY BALANCES OWED ON ALL SPECIAL ORDER AND OR CUSTOM ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF ORDER SHIPPING FROM ANY AND OR ALL MANUFACTURERS AND OR THE SONIC ART MUSIC STORE, ITS PARTNERS AND OR SUBSIDARIES.

THE SONIC ART MUSIC STORE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WHERE PERSONAL HYGIENE IS INVOLVED SUCH AS EARPLUGS OR OTHER RELATED ITEMS. IF ANY OF THESE ITEM(S) ARE RETURNED THEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED AND WILL BE DISPOSED OF.


TO RETURN AN ITEM, YOU AS THE BUYER ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE THAT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE EXACT CONDITION IN WHICH THEY WERE RECEIVED.

YOU AS THE BUYER MUST INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL INVOICE AND SALES ORDER RECEIPT IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER PAPERWORK ORIGINALLY INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE OR WITH THE PRODUCT AND OR ITEM.

THE PRODUCT(S) OR ITEM(S) MUST BE UNUSED AND FREE OF ANY SIGNS OF USE, WEAR, STICK MARKS, SMUDGES INCLUDING FINGERPRINTS.

ALL, ANY AND EVERY PRODUCT OR ITEM VIA RETURN WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE IF WE

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER/PURCHASER. ON ALL AND EVERY CUSTOMER RETURN, THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU AS THE BUYER WERE ORIGINALLY CHARGED FOR SHIPPING OR NOT. THIS POLICY INCLUDES AND APPLIES TO ALL AND EVERY SHIPMENT REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY ORIGINATED DIRECT FROM OUR STORE OR FROM A MANUFACTURER AND OR DISTRIBUTION FACILITY (AKA "DROP SHIPMENTS"). ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS GROUND AND USPS ON MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. THE MAJORITY OF ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 1:30 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED THE SAME DAY. SOME ORDER ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS MAY REQUIRE AN EXTRA 24 TO 48 HOURS TO PROCESS. IN THE EVENT THAT AN ITEM ORDERED IS UNAVAILABLE SUCH AS OUT OF STOCK, BACKORDERED OR NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION, WE THE SONIC ART MUSIC STORE WILL NOTIFY YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO PROVIDE OPTIONS AND A SOLUTION.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: ANY PACKAGES THAT SHIP AS NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED CAN AND WILL BE LEFT AT OR NEAR AN ENTRANCE TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WHETHER OR NOT THERE IS SOMEONE PRESENT TO RECEIVE SAID PACKAGE(S). THE SONIC ART MUSIC STORE CANNOT AND WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES AND OR SHIPMENTS THAT ARE LOST OR STOLEN AFTER THE TIME THEY ARE DELIVERED BY THE DRIVER. USPS TRACKING: USPS HAS BECOME A LESS RELIABLE SOURCE FOR SHIPPING ITEMS NEEDED IN A CERTAIN TIME FRAME.

5% OF OUR USPS SHIPMENTS TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL,

AND USPS DOES NOT OFFER ANY RESOLUTION UNTIL THE ITEM IS DELIVERED OR DECLARED LOST.


THE SONIC ART MUSIC STORE WILL NOT REFUND OR RESEND ANY ORDERS OR PACKAGES WHILE

THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT AND OR PACKAGE IS STILL IN TRANSIT. 


INSURANCE: ALL ITEMS SHIPPED VIA UPS ARE AUTOMATICALLY INSURED FOR $100 PER PACKAGE.

ALL ITEMS SHIPPED VIA USPS ARE AUTOMATICALLY INSURED FOR $50 PER PACKAGE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE, THE COST IS $1.65 PER $100 OF ADDITIONAL INSURANCE. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING INSURANCE ONLY COVERS THE PACKAGE(S) FROM DAMAGE OR LOSS BEFORE THE POINT OF DELIVERY BY THE APPLICABLE CARRIER.

MOST DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS ARRIVE AT THEIR DESTINATIONS WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME AS SET BY THE APPLICABLE CARRIER. HOWEVER, MANY FACTORS MAY AFFECT SHIPPING TIMES, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE EXACT DELIVERY DATES OR DATE RANGES, ONCE A SHIPMENT LEAVES OUR STORE IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

IF FOR ANY REASON A SHIPMENT ARRIVES AT ITS DESTINATION LATER THAN THE ORIGINALLY EXPECTED TIME FRAME, NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR ANY SHIPPING COSTS, EVEN IF THE SHIPMENT IS SENT BACK AND OR RETURNED TO US.

WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS FROM A VARIETY OF COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.

WE ACCEPT PAYPAL (IN US DOLLARS) FROM CUSTOMERS WITH VERIFIE D ACCOUNTS AND CONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESSES.

IN SOME CASES, WE CAN ALSO ACCEPT BANK / WIRE TRANSFERS.

WE USE USPS PRIORITY MAIL FOR MOST INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.

IN THE CASE OF LARGER ITEMS

(OR WHEN THERE ARE USPS COUNTRY RESTRICTIONS), WE SHIP VIA UPS OR FEDEX.

SHIPPING RATES MAY VARY FROM ESTIMATES DISPLAYED ON ANY OF OUR ONLINE LISTINGS. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING IS DIFFERENT FROM THE INITIAL ESTIMATE, YOUR INVOICE WILL BE ADJUSTED (EITHER LOWER OR HIGHER) TO REFLECT THE ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING.


TO HELP REDUCE THE COST OF SHIPPING, WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO CONSOLIDATE THE NUMBER OF PACKAGES USED FOR PURCHASES OF MULTIPLE ITEMS. PLEASE NOTE THAT SUCH “COMBINED SHIPPING” IS DONE AT OUR DISCRETION WITH REGARD TO THE SAFETY OF THE PURCHASED ITEMS. IF WE FEEL THAT COMBINING CERTAIN ITEMS IN ONE PACKAGE MAY CAUSE DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AND ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY AT THE APPROPRIATE COST.

IN THE EVENT THAT A PACKAGE IS DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL OR LOST, IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION WITH THE SHIPPING COURIER (E.G. UPS, USPS, FEDEX ETC.) WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING A DAMAGED ITEM, OR REALIZING AN ITEM HAS BEEN LOST. THESE INVESTIGATIONS CAN TAKE SEVERAL WEEKS TO CONCLUDE. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER ANY REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS UNTIL THE INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: IF YOU NEED TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM FOR AN ITEM YOU PURCHASED FROM US, WE WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS, HOWEVER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL SHIPPING CHARGES INVOLVED IN RETURNING THE ITEM TO THE MANUFACTURER AND/OR RECEIVING A REPLACEMENT.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

IF THE PACKAGE APPEARS DAMAGED, TAKE PHOTOS OF THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOMETIMES BOXES MAY SHOW BUMPS AND BRUISES BUT THE INSTRUMENT INSIDE IS FINE. 

OPEN THE PACKAGE AND TAKE PHOTOS OF THE ITEM IN THE PACKAGE

REMOVE THE INSTRUMENT AND TAKE PHOTOS ILLUSTRATING THE DAMAGE.

RETAIN ALL PACKING MATERIAL AND BOXES.

EMAIL PHOTOS AND ORDER DETAILS TO SHIPPING@SONICARTMUSIC.COM, WE WILL CONTACT AND WORK WITH YOU TO GET THE MATTER RESOLVED. 

REPLACEMENT ITEMS/REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE SHIPPING CARRIER RESOLVES THE CLAIM.
